I'd like to pass on my thanks for a job well done with the installation and commissioning of our heat pump.

It's refreshing to have a technician turn up when he said he would, discuss how the installation would be undertaken and clean up the job site afterwards.   The unit worked first up, completed on time and to budget.   Your man did a solid days work and declined offers of tea and cake, preferring to get on and complete the job, again a excellent trait, one of which I have trouble practising.      

The installation of the heat pump was always going to make a difference to the liveability of an old wooden farm house but it has exceeded our expectations for the speed of warm up and the comfort that it has added.   We are still using the wood fire as old habits are hard to break but it just adds to the ambience rather than the warmth.
